District Conference in Chisinău, Moldova! March 20, 2011

We traveled to Moldova for the District Conference. President Lundberg and the assistants drove the big van, making stops in Bacău and Iaşi. I flew up Saturday morning, leaving Joshua home with our trustworthy friend and member from Bucharest, Elena Schifernet. They had lots of fun playing Monopoly and renting a video to watch.

Elder Olsen (left) was our visiting area authority from Sweden. Next is a member who was arriving as we were, along with Elder Mathis and Elder Bennett. Elder Olsen was a very kind and humble man. It was a great experience to hear him speak and to learn from him.
