Joshua experiences!

Joshua has had quite a unique life for a ten-year old. His experiences have not been the typical ones that most ten year olds have. Now that we are in Romania, we occasionally try to look for opportunities for him that will be fun or worthwhile. We don't have any children his age that live by us, and his nephews and nieces are far away, but he does have great experiences that are making an impact on his life.

The park near our home had an ice-skating rink set up there for three days. A new product was being advertized by the company who set up the rink. Ice skates were available for people to use. Joshua was filmed by some TV people who asked him a few questions about himself and where he was from.

Joshua met this little girl at the Ploiesti Branch one Sunday when we were visiting there. She and her father were confirmed that day. There are often very few children in the branches, so Joshua enjoys spending time with any he might meet.
