Elder Roundy, Elder Davis, Elder Thompson, and Elder Stromberg brought flowers for my birthday!Monday, December 8, was my birthday. We were traveling that day but the two assistants, Elder Roundy and Elder Davis, had made me a birthday cake and sneaked it into the car without my noticing. It was delicious and a fun surprise.
The next day, the doorbell rang, and the office elders (Elder Stromberg and Elder Thompson) and the assistants were all on my porch with flowers for my birthday. We really have nice, thoughtful missionaries in this mission.
Many thanks to all those at home who called, sent gifts and cards, or emailed birthday wishes. My husband also gave me a beautiful bouquet of roses. It was a great birthday.
